Bo is fascinated by the intersection of leadership and impact, how change happens, and finding the better question. Sure he brings passion and commitment to each project, but Bo’s superpower is curiosity. With over fifteen years of experience actually leading teams, plus multiple assessment and framework certifications, and loads of time coaching and developing leaders, his ability to keep asking the next “why” and deep empathy for others sets his work apart.

When Bo’s not slaying leadership dragons, he’s somewhere in the water riding waves or fly fishing and comes back to land in search of tacos as needed. Bo is also deeply passionate about various philanthropic projects such as Charity Water, Trout Unlimited, and New Story Charity. He loves his roles as a father, husband, family chef, and friend.
